My FroggyBrain

You may be wondering why Froggy Brain? Well, I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease, and by recently, I mean 2 weeks ago. I have become overwhelmed with all the information there is out on the web and everywhere I look there is another sad story. With symptoms of fatigue, sluggishness, dry skin, depression, weight gain and foggy brain only being a few of them, life can be a bit rough. How do I deal?  With family, a little bit a of humor, and most importantly fitness.

I have been into fitness for about 4 years now, and have made progress in the strength department, but not so much in the fat loss department. This has been extremely hard to deal with, but I decided a while back that I wanted to become the best me that I could and I’m extremely determined. I decided to create this blog to help women like me to not give up, to give hope and motivation to those with similar situations as mine.

I hope my journey helps some of you 🙂

  1. I’m looking forward to following you with hopes to find myself again. I’ll be 54 Dec 23 and also have Hashimoto. I hate my body and brain for and the fatigue.
