One of the things I hate the most is ridiculous articles about losing fat in unhealthy and unrealistic ways. I have no idea where they get their information or what nut jobs write this stuff, its all fake! I’m writing this to inform everyone that it doesn’t work!! I know because I’ve tried them, I have been victim to these scams and I hope to save some of you from wasting your money and time.
To the “How to loose 10 lbs in 1 week” articles, ummm HELLO this is ridiculous and completely unhealthy, starving yourself, detoxing with teas, and dehydrating yourself all put your body at risk and will make you ill eventually. The disclaimers they give as you may experience headaches, fatigue and moodiness, those are signs of your body being under stress because your STARVING! In the end you may lose close to 10 lbs but don’t be fooled its not FAT, its a combination of water, minerals, muscles, and even bone.
The only way to lose body fat successfully and without putting your health at risk is by creating a healthy routine by doing exercise and eating the amount of calories your body needs.
All these articles do is make you feel bad about yourself and promise things that are unrealistic, that’s why they use photos of models, some without even their permission. Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t strive for a better looking body like the model in the photo, because anyone CAN accomplish that “look” just not by using the methods in these stupid articles.
I found all these articles in my Pinterest!!! Just looking for fitness tips, unbelievable!! I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again there is no short cuts for losing weight, no short cuts for gaining muscle naturally, and no short cuts for becoming a healthier version of yourself.
You have to work at it and be CONSISTENT!
