I have the biggest sweet tooth around, so I’m always experimenting with protein powder to create delicious healthy treats. Today I decided there had to be a way to make guilt-free Chocolate chip cookies. The result was 64 calories of deliciousness!! Here is the Recipe, Enjoy !
3 scoops Quest Protein Powder – Multi-purpose Mix
42 grams (3 2Tbps) Organic High Fiber Coconut Flour
30 grams (2 2Tbps) 65% Dark Chocolate Chunks
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup of water
2 Tbps Baking powder
2 Tbps Vanilla extract
4 Tbps Splenda
Mix all ingredients in bowl add water as needed, I only used about 1/2 cup. Then separate into 12 cookies with a 1/8 measuring cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15minutes and let cool for about 10 minutes. They end up being 64 calories with 2 grams of fat, 4 grams carbs and 8 grams of protein!
